To ensure the best quality portrait possible, please review these tips when gathering photographs:
Send the highest resolution image possible
Face should be forward or slightly to the side
Head & all facial features are visible and in focus
Photo should have even light & minimal dark shadows
Pet is at eye level & in line with camera
